Hi, I’m Brenda Carroll. I’m a chef and previous founder of Pacific Club Catering in Corona Del Mar. I have catered weddings and events large and small and have worked as a head chef at a healthcare provider. I’ve been recognized as a scholarship recipient from the American Food and Wine Association and received Advanced Culinary Certification from the American Culinary Federation at Orange Coast College. My passions lead me to be an active member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association and the Association of Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
